1. Student Application, Acceptance, and Contractual Agreement

Upon submission of your digital application for a Program of Study, processing will begin. All documentation must be submitted in English. If accepted, you will receive an official offer letter outlining course details, structures, and start dates. A binding contract is established the moment you formally accept our offer using the custom dashboard link provided.

Certificate Recognition Disclaimer: LOGI is dedicated to transparency regarding its administrative credentials, global educational pathways, and strategic partnerships. While we take immense pride in the academic rigor of our global programs, academic awards or certificates issued by LOGI may not be universally accepted by every institution or corporate employer. Recognition is primarily extended by entities aligned with our specific systems. LOGI does not guarantee transferability or recognition for admissions, professional licensing, or employment at external entities, and students agree to hold LOGI harmless regarding external recognition outcomes.

2. Program Modifications by Students

If you desire to modify, upgrade, or switch the program you applied for, you must contact our registry. We will analyze the programmatic feasibility and advise you on the administrative next steps.

3. Institutional Rights to Modify Programs

LOGI retains the authority to make structural changes to courses to: (a) comply with updated laws or regulatory expectations, (b) integrate minor software or system improvements that do not impact content delivery, (c) align with international educational standards and nomenclature. Substantial syllabus changes will be communicated to enrolled cohorts at least 30 days in advance. Digital assets (eBooks, software, and tools) may be updated as required, provided they align with original course outlines.

4. Academic Withdrawal Policy

To officially withdraw from an active program and terminate your student contract, you must submit a formal withdrawal notification via email to academic@logi.education. Your communication must include your legal name, assigned Student ID, active Program, phone number, and primary email address.

5. Institutional Disciplinary Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment immediately if you: (a) submit fraudulent, misleading, or plagiarized admission credentials, (b) fail to maintain minimum academic study standards, or (c) act in violation of our institutional code of conduct or disrupt the collaborative learning experience of other students.

6. Technological Prerequisites

Devices: Access to a functional computer, laptop, or tablet with stable audio/video configurations is mandatory.
Connectivity: A reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 2mbps is required for video transmission.
Software: Standard web browsers (preferably Google Chrome) and word-processing applications (Google Docs, MS Word, or LibreOffice).
Peripherals: A functional web camera (webcam) and microphone are required for digital identity verification, proctored exams, and project defenses.

7. Governing Law

The enrollment contract between you and LOGI, your platform usage, and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by, interpreted, and subject strictly to the laws of the Republic Ghana.

8. Transferability and Passwords

Your enrollment, courses, and portal access are personal and strictly non-transferable. You must never share your platform security keys, credentials, or passwords with any third party.

By participating in our volunteer lecturing programs at Living Oracles Global Institute (LOGI), you covenant and agree to the operational and ethical frameworks detailed below:

1. Faculty Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be of legal age (or provide parental/guardian authorization) to participate in our international programs.
  • You must be a practicing Christian and hold doctrinal beliefs consistent with core biblical values and Christian teachings.
  • You must possess verified, relevant academic expertise, structural knowledge, or deep professional experience in the syllabus material you are assigned to teach.

2. Academic Commitments

You agree to dedicate your time, research, and effort to prepare, structure, and deliver high-quality instruction on topics assigned by our academic registry. You understand that this is a voluntary contribution; no financial salaries, royalties, or monetary compensations are provided for your hours or lectures.

3. Christian Alignment & Originality

All delivered teachings and presentations must align cleanly with biblical truths, theological parameters, and Christian teachings. You agree not to promote, introduce, or endorse any content that contradicts or opposes the fundamental tenets of the faith. You guarantee that all materials (including visuals, audio files, texts, and slides) are either your original work, properly credited, or licensed within fair use guidelines.

4. Confidentiality and Safeguards

You must maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive, institutional, or administrative data shared with you during your volunteer tenure. You are strictly prohibited from sharing personal or academic details of our students, staff, or partners without their explicit written permission.

5. Liability Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Living Oracles Global Institute, its officers, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your volunteer teaching actions. LOGI is not responsible for any personal injuries, digital data losses, or general liabilities incurred during your volunteer programs.
